Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your VitalPoint account and personal data. You can also do this from the App: Profile → Privacy → Delete account.

Reviewed in 24–48 hours

Our team reviews and approves every request within 24–48 hours. Your login, contact preferences and App profile are then removed within 30 days.

What we must still keep

Medical, pharmacy and financial records that the law requires us to retain are kept for the periods in our Privacy Policy, access-restricted, then deleted.

We use this to find and verify your account.
