All health records are shared with consulting doctors only after explicit verbal or OTP confirmation from the patient. Access is session-bound.

All files are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols and stored at rest using enterprise-grade AES-256 keys on localized servers in India.
Anonymization for Analytics
Any data exported for public health metrics or regional trend tracking is fully anonymized, removing all Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
Zero Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or lease clinical data to third-party advertisers or insurance companies. Data stays strictly inside your secure medical log.
Right to Erasure & Access
Patients retain full rights to request a printout of their medical profile or request total deletion of their digital records under privacy laws.

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India, any concerns regarding data privacy, security breaches, or request to purge records can be directed to our designated Data Protection Officer.
